İstanbul Illustration Days, geniş bir katılım ve dolu dolu sunum, sohbet, sanat üretimli, çok verimli bir toplantı oldu. Le Vapeur Magique ile İstanbul boğazı üzerinde, deniz seyirli bol sanat çalışmalı iki gün geçirdik (2022)
Istanbul Illustration Days was a very productive meeting with a wide participation and full of presentations, conversation and artistic production. We spent two days with Le Vapeur Magique on the Bosphorus, with a sea view and lots of art work. (2022)
Gençlerle yaptığım çalışmalarımdan ikisini paylaşayım; Mimarhane grubu Tasarım Kafe egitimleri icerisinde, mimarlık ve tasarım bölümlerinde okuyan öğrenciler ile beraber atölye çalışmaları yaptik. Zoom üzerinden ve ayrıca yüzyüze gercekleşen atölye çalışmalarında sanatımızı anlattım ve beraber uygulamalar yaptık. İstanbul Aydın Üniversitesi Mimari Restorasyon bölümü öğrencilerine, davet üzerine minyatür sanatimizi anlattığım bir sunum gercekleştirdim ve ardından öğrenciler, Dilek hocalarının rehberliğinde proje dersi olarak İstanbul minyatürlerini mozaik sanatina uyguladılar. Let me share two of my work with young people; as part of the Design Cafe trainings of the Mimarhane group, we held workshops with students studying in architecture and design departments. I explained our art through Zoom and also in face-to-face workshops, and we practiced together. Upon invitation, I made a presentation about our miniature art to the students of Istanbul Aydın University Architectural Restoration Department, and then, under the guidance of their teachers, the students applied Istanbul miniatures to mosaic art as a lesson project. Within the scope of Cyprus Social Sciences University activities, we talked about our miniature art under the title of “Layered Meanings; Our Miniature Art”. Sharing art with young people is always very nice and productive. (2018)
Tiflis-Gürcistan, Georgia Folklor Culture Center ve Marneuli bölgesi gençlik kültür merkezinde, Sergi, sunum ve atölye çalışmaları yaparak, sanatlarımızı gençlere anlattık. Yunus Emre Enstitüsünün davetlesi olarak yaptığımız çalışmalar yoğun ilgi gördü. (2015)
We organized exhibitions, presentations and workshops and explained our arts to the youth in Tbilisi-Georgia, Georgia folklore culture center and Marneuli region youth culture center. The work we did as the guest of Yunus Emre Institute attracted great attention. (2015)
